Tanya
Tanya was dreaming a pretty ordinary dream when she found herself in a grocery store. She saw a man coming towards her pushing a shopping cart and tossing canned food in like he was in a big hurry.
She looked closely at the man and saw that it was the old Maverick star, James Garner. For some reason in her dream state Tanya saw this as such a hilarious event that she woke her self up laughing.
Waking one's self up this way is startling enough, but even after becoming fully awake she still could not control her laughter.
Now she wasn't laughing because watching James Garner shop was so funny, but that it wasn't funny at all which made her laugh even more.
Many people have reported waking themselves up audibly laughing or crying. Usually these dreams are not very complicated or symbolic.
Much like a pressure cooker releasing a little steam, these dreams are usually short in duration, make very little sense and are just in response to the dreamer's need to release a little pent up emotion. Enjoy the moment. You will probably feel a little better the following day because of the release.
